Indemnity Clause for Use of a Viking Wood Splitter: By using the wood-splitting sword, hereinafter referred to as the Viking Wood Splitter", you acknowledge and agree to the following indemnity clause. This clause is intended to protect all parties involved from any liabilities or damages that may arise from the use of the Viking Wood Splitter. 1. Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that using the Viking Wood Splitter carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, the risk of personal injury or property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the Viking Wood Splitter. 2. Release and Waiver: You hereby release and waive any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, costs, and expenses against the Viking Wood Splitter's manufacturer, distributor, seller, and any other related parties (collectively referred to as "the Indemnified Parties") arising from or in connection with your use of the Viking Wood Splitter. This release and waiver extend to any injuries, damages, or losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise. 3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with your use of the Viking Wood Splitter. This indemnification extends to any third-party claims as well. 4. Proper Use and Maintenance: You agree to use the Viking Wood Splitter in a safe and responsible manner, following all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. You will take proper care of the Viking Wood Splitter, ensuring it is maintained in good condition and used only for its intended purpose. 5. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Indemnified Parties be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Viking Wood Splitter, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. 6. Severability: If any provision of this indemnity clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. By using the Viking Wood Splitter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this indemnity clause. You also represent that you are of legal age and possess the necessary skills and knowledge to use the Viking Wood Splitter safely.
